Job Overview

We are seeking an Administrative & Marketing Assistant to join our team in Shreveport, LA. This role will provide administrative support and assist with marketing efforts to help boost the company's online presence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage social media platforms to enhance the company's online presence.
  • Provide administrative support, including answering phones, filing, and data entry.
  • Assist the Project Manager and staff with various tasks, including marketing materials and clerical duties.
  • Create and organize marketing content, make copies, and handle graphics.
  • Support day-to-day office operations with a strong focus on clerical tasks such as phone answering and data entry.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of administrative experience in a professional office environment.
  • Ideal 1+ year of experience managing social media and marketing platforms.
  • Strong clerical skills, including phone handling, data entry, and filing.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Prior experience in marketing or administrative roles is a plus.
