EVS Attendant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented EVS Attendant to join our team at Colonial Downs Group LLC. As an EVS Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our property, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for our guests and employees.
Key Responsibilities- Clean and maintain all public areas, including floors, walls, and surfaces.
- Empty trash and recyclables, and transport them to designated disposal areas.
- Restock supplies and materials as needed.
- Perform deep cleaning tasks, such as cleaning rugs, carpets, and upholstered furniture.
- Assist with special events and projects as needed.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a cleaning or maintenance role preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
