EVS Supervisor

Colonial Downs Group LLC is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented EVS Supervisor to join our team. As an EVS Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily activities of the EVS Attendants to ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of our operations gaming floor, property venues, and public areas.

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of EVS Attendants to ensure cleanliness and sanitation of public areas.
• Perform routine inspections of all public areas to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Assist employees with deep cleaning and other projects as needed.
• Schedule employees to ensure excellent guest services are maintained in conjunction with efficiency and business needs.
• Issue assignments to staff and review special requests and areas of concentration to ensure a smooth flow of operations.
• Issue supplies and goods to staff at the beginning of each shift to control inventory and ensure proper supplies are available while controlling expenses.
• Respond to guest requests, concerns, and problems to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Generate shift reports and assist with the preparation of detailed daily, weekly, and monthly operating reports as required.
• Ensure newly assigned staff members are scheduled for and complete departmental orientation.
• Responsible for the selection and performance evaluation of all assigned staff, including discipline and/or termination as necessary.
• Provide job-specific training to all newly hired employees or those assigned to mentor.
• Visit workspaces, break areas, and other work shifts to be available and/or visible to staff members.
• Ensure all employees within areas of responsibility receive fair and equitable treatment with regard to their respective terms and conditions of employment.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Six months previous work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• The ability to lift, push, and pull up to 25-50 pounds.
