Manufacturing Quality Engineer

As a Manufacturing Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for leading efforts to improve product quality, reduce defects, and increase efficiency in our manufacturing plant located in Monroe, North Carolina.
Key Accountabilities- Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to meet company goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
- Lead training activities related to product quality and reliability.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Quality or Industrial) or related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment with a machine shop or fabrication.
This role offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $90,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
