About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team in Monroe, North Carolina. As a key member of our quality department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest level of product reliability and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Formulate and maintain quality assurance objectives in collaboration with production procedures to maximize product reliability and minimize costs.
  • Design and develop sampling procedures, forms, and instructions for recording, evaluating, and reporting quality and reliability data.
  • Work closely with the Materials/Purchasing Department to ensure acceptable supplier quality and delivery.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Quality or Industrial) or related field.
  • At least 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of ISO 9001-2015 requirements and experience in a manufacturing environment with a machine shop or fabrication.

The salary range for this position is $90,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
