Key Responsibilities:

  • Dispatch jobs to drivers quickly and accurately
  • Manage driver availability and coordinate with dispatch staff
  • Communicate with control towers and provide status updates
  • Perform shipping and receiving duties as needed
  • Document and escalate problems or situations as per company policy

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to identify and solve problems
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Great time management and organizational skills
  • Computer proficiency
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
