**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Administrative Assistant to support the Senior Director of WHQ and Senior Director of Places. As our ideal candidate, you will have a proven ability to work in a fast-paced team environment with sometimes high levels of ambiguity and independence, with varying working hours.

You will be responsible for performing a wide range of administrative duties, including complex calendar management, booking travel, coordinating meetings and events, producing, editing, and reformatting documents and correspondence.

In addition, you will prepare special reports requiring the selection of relevant information from a variety of sources, incorporating that information into complex Excel spreadsheets.

You may also be required to maintain ongoing reports or databases, department websites, shared drives, and SharePoint sites.

  • Typically requires a high school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of administrative work experience required
  • Ability to work and communicate effectively with a variety of personalities, including senior-level executives

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform administrative tasks such as calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination

• Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports

• Develop and maintain databases, reports, and documentation

• Coordinate logistics and operations for meetings and events

• Provide exceptional customer service and communication skills
