About the Role

This individual will support leadership by delivering projects related to strategy development, planning, and implementation to drive growth, enhance understanding of the business impacts of AI across all divisions, and transform our operating model enabled by technology.

This position is part of the Center for Responsible AI and will lead the AI Literacy and Awareness program for the Enterprise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and transformation.
  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to provide insights and inform decision making.
  • Manage complex projects with some oversight and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Communicate effectively through verbal, written, and visual channels.
  • Work within a fast-paced, quickly evolving organization and manage multiple, complex priorities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field and 7 years of general industry experience or 3 years consulting experience at a top-tier consulting firm.
  • Strategy development, planning, and implementation experience.
  • Analysis, synthesis, and insight generation skills.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Project management experience.
  • Collaboration and interpersonal effectiveness skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in the healthcare industry, especially the health insurance sector.
  • Experience with implementing strategic programs across various audiences.
  • Knowledge of adult learning and development concepts.
  • Experience with corporate strategy, growth, product, business transformation efforts, technology-enablement, or business case development.
  • Experience with change management strategies and implementations.
  • Working knowledge of and experience with AI concepts and strategies for scaling at the enterprise level.
