Quantum Rise is a rapidly scaling AI start-up offering consulting and product development capabilities to high growth organizations. We are building our client delivery team and are looking for a talented and experienced AI Strategy Lead to act as a functional leader for our consulting team.
Job Summary:
The AI Strategy Lead at Quantum Rise will play a pivotal role in supporting the stand-up of new offerings and contributing to ongoing client delivery working hand in hand with our data science and engineering teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI technologies, strategic consulting, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients: Understand their business needs and challenges.
- Lead client meetings and presentations: Communicate AI strategy and delivery progress.
- Develop comprehensive AI and automation strategies: Tailored to client needs.
- Identify opportunities for AI integration: Enhance business processes and outcomes.
- Lead and manage multiple consulting engagements: Ensure they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery: Including resource allocation and risk management.
- Mentor and guide a team of consultants: Providing professional development opportunities and performance feedback.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment:
- Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in AI and related technologies:
- Analyze market trends: Identify potential new business opportunities and areas for service expansion.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree: In Business, Management, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
- 8+ years of experience: In consulting, with at least 3 years of team leadership experience.
- Proven track record: Of successfully leading AI strategy projects and teams.
- Experience in data and/or data science projects: Demonstrating an ability to understand and leverage data insights in business contexts.
- Demonstrated ability: To lead, mentor, and develop a team of consultants.
- Strong project management skills: With experience in Agile methodologies.

- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships:
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills: With the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to conduct detailed market analysis: And competitive research.
