We are seeking a highly skilled Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team at Omega Senior Living. As a key member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of accounts payable, including processing invoices, reconciling statements, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and reconcile invoices, statements, and other financial documents
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate payment terms
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers and journals
  • Perform data entry and other administrative tasks as needed
  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting
Requirements:
  • High school education or equivalency; some college preferred
  • Two to three years of experience in accounting or a related field
  • Strong data entry and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and maintain confidentiality
