Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled PC Specialist to join our team at Hamilton County, Ohio. As a PC Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers, installing and testing equipment, and configuring software and hardware.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first and second tier technical support to customers, including troubleshooting software and hardware issues
  • Install, test, and repair peripheral equipment, such as monitors, hard drives, and printers
  • Configure PC-based application and operating system software
  • Work with vendors to resolve repair calls and defective equipment
  • Assist with the issuance and tracking of mobile devices
  • Ensure consistent record keeping of equipment using our in-house databases
Requirements
  • Associate degree in computer science or electronics, or three years of directly related experience in PC technical support
  • Working knowledge and/or experience with a variety of business software packages, including Windows operating systems and MS Office suite applications
  • Must obtain CompTIA A+ Certification upon completion of probationary period
  • Must hold a valid driver's license in the state of residence and current insurance
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in mobile management using programs such as Microsoft InTune, AirWatch, etc.
  • Familiarity with mobile devices, such as iPhone 6s and up, and Android operating systems
  • Familiarity with Microsoft products, such as Surface Pro LTE and Surface Pro laptops
