Customer Support Specialist

CDK Global is seeking a skilled Customer Support Specialist to provide primary support to customers utilizing our products and solutions. As a key team member, you will respond to customer inquiries through various channels, including phone, email, and chat sessions. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting software issues, documenting customer information, and escalating complex problems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle client inquiries via phone, chat, and email
  • Record and track issues, ensuring timely resolution
  • Troubleshoot software problems and recommend solutions
  • Guide clients through technical issues
  • Stay updated on industry developments
  • Collaborate with team members and assist with various tasks
Requirements:
  • Associate's/Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Proficient in Windows and IOS environments
  • Experience with mobile devices
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous desktop support experience
  • Knowledge of Microsoft O/S, PC hardware, and mobile devices
  • Experience with ticketing system
  • PC certifications
  • Automotive industry knowledge
  • Fluency in French or Spanish a plus
Compensation: $20/hr - $27/hr
