About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic leader to join our team as VP, Demand Partnerships, Exchange. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the growth and success of our programmatic demand partnerships business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our market share in the programmatic demand partnerships space.
- Lead a high-performing team of demand partnerships professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and coaching to ensure their success.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams, to drive business growth and collaboration.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform business decisions and drive innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to develop and execute go-to-market strategies and drive business results.
Requirements:
- 10-15 years of experience in the ad tech industry, with a strong background in programmatic demand partnerships.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding market share in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire high-performing teams.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Ability to stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, and to apply this knowledge to inform business decisions and drive innovation.
