Job Overview

Strata Information Group is seeking a highly skilled Workday Student Financials/Accounts Receivable Consultant to join our team. This is a remote position based in the US and offers a thrilling opportunity for individuals passionate about advancing higher education systems.

Responsibilities
  • Provide Workday implementation services related to Student Accounts, including training, functional consulting, and technical support.
  • Analyze and optimize current business processes related to student billing and accounts receivable.
  • Troubleshoot technical and functional issues within the Workday Student Financials module, ensuring seamless operation for our clients.
Requirements
  • Experience working directly with the Workday Student Financials module at a college or university, or as a Workday Student Financials consultant.
  • 5+ years experience working in the Student Accounts, Accounts Receivable, Cashier, or Bursar office in a higher education institution.
  • Expertise in managing and optimizing student billing processes, tuition calculation, and accounts receivable within Workday.
  • Strong ability to troubleshoot technical and functional issues within the Workday Student Financials module.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer service-focused approach.
  • Self-directed with strong problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience developing reports for Student Financials utilizing Workday.
  • Ability to communicate user requirements to the technical support team.
  • Knowledge of relational databases and financial systems integration.
  • Workday Certification
Compensation & Benefits

Our compensation package consists of salary, annual bonus, and retirement benefits. The starting salary range for this position is $90,000-$125,000 depending on individual skills and experience.
