Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team as a RN Fellowship Program participant. This is an exceptional opportunity for nurses to advance their careers and become experts in their new specialty.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in a structured curriculum and simulation-based training to develop expertise in a new specialty
  • Work under the guidance of experienced preceptors to gain hands-on experience
  • Develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills to provide high-quality patient care
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive patient care
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program
  • Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
  • National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association within 6 months of hire
  • 1 year - Nursing experience (new to specialty)
