Job Description

The Emily Program is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Nurse Manager to oversee the nursing operations of our facilities in the Washington region. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our nursing teams provide exceptional, evidence-based care to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all nursing operations in the Washington region, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
  • Lead and manage nursing teams to provide top-notch, patient-centric care.
  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with site directors and other stakeholders to ensure infection control goals are met.
  • Participate in rotation of on-call duties and provide behavioral support, milieu management, and crisis prevention and management.
  • Ensure competencies for nursing staff are completed upon hire, annually, and as needed.
  • Collaborate with medical and psychiatric providers to plan, implement, and evaluate medical programs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in nursing required; Master's degree in nursing strongly preferred.
  • Licensed as an RN in the state of primary site management and other states within the region assignment.
  • Minimum 5 years of leadership and/or management experience.
  • Valid driver's license in the state of employment.
  • Current Basic Life Support certification (American Heart Association) within 30 days from date of hire.
