Job Title: Greenway Dodge

Greenway Automotive is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Tag and Title Clerk. As a key member of our dealership, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth processing of vehicle titles and registrations.

Responsibilities:
  • Compile and maintain accurate records of outstanding title work, reporting to management on any issues or discrepancies.
  • Process new and used vehicle registrations in the state of Florida, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
  • Coordinate out-of-state title processing, working closely with management to resolve any challenges or concerns.
  • Develop and implement efficient schedules for tag and title work, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Apply for duplicate titles as needed, maintaining accurate records and communicating with customers.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks of metal and temporary tags, ensuring accurate counts and reporting any discrepancies.
  • Update notes in our system, tracking completed work and providing valuable insights to management.
  • Print customer registrations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Manage title and trade pack inventory, maintaining accurate records and communicating with customers.
  • Provide exceptional support to guests, management, and employees, addressing any questions or concerns related to tag and title work.
  • Stay up-to-date with title regulations, attending seminars and workshops to enhance knowledge and skills.
  • Collaborate with accounting personnel to ensure seamless integration of tag and title work with financial processes.
Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of experience in automotive title work, with a strong understanding of dealership accounting and CDK systems.
  • Prior title work experience is essential, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Dealership accounting, CDK, and DealerDMV experience is highly desirable, as is Notary Public certification.
  • A valid driver's license is required, with excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A highly professional and dependable individual with a helpful attitude and friendly demeanor.
  • Excellent telephone skills, with strong computer, typing, and internet skills, including Microsoft Office suite.
