Responsibilities:
  • Compile and maintain accurate records of outstanding title work, reporting to management on any issues or discrepancies.
  • Process new and used vehicle registrations in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Coordinate with external agencies to resolve title and registration issues.
  • Develop and implement effective workflows to optimize title and registration processing.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with changing title and registration regulations and best practices.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
