Position: Behavioral Support Technician

Reports To: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Compensation Structure: Base pay ranges from $15 to $21 per hour, with an additional $4 per hour for direct client service time, resulting in an average of $19 to $25 per hour for direct service, which constitutes approximately 90% of the role once fully trained.

Supportive Community Innovations offers a variety of services, including Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy, Behavioral Support Services, and Recreational Therapy, aimed at assisting individuals with Autism and other developmental challenges. Role of the Behavioral Support Technician: This entry-level position, recognized by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board, involves working in diverse environments such as client homes and community settings. Technicians will focus on enhancing the developmental progress and overall quality of life for children under their care, guided by a BCBA.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma
  • Valid driver's license and current auto insurance/registration
  • Reliable transportation for client transport
  • Ability to pass comprehensive background checks and drug screenings
  • Availability for day and evening shifts, including occasional weekends

  • Registered Behavior Technician certification preferred but not mandatory at hiring
