The Advocating Success for Kids Program at Boston Children's Hospital provides comprehensive support to children with learning, developmental, emotional, or behavioral difficulties. Our multidisciplinary team offers evaluation, referral, and advocacy services, serving the Children's Hospital Primary Care Center and Martha Eliot Health Center.

The Administrative Associate II will work closely with our team to provide administrative support to a busy clinic. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing patient referrals and ensuring communication with referring providers
  • Scheduling appointments and making reminder phone calls
  • Maintaining liaison with staff, faculty, and community agencies
  • Preparing paperwork for authorizations and collecting records from schools
  • Providing routine information and answering telephone calls
  • Reserving meeting locations and preparing meeting materials
  • Assisting with conferences, seminars, and department-sponsored programs
  • Maintaining departmental files and databases
  • Monitoring office equipment and supply inventory

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and proficiency in Spanish. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
