POSITION SUMMARY:
The role of Marketing Coordinator entails actively advocating for the benefits of our services to clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Collaborate with distributors and end users to renew service plans.
  • Manage orders received through online and email channels.
  • Maintain consistent communication with clients to achieve high renewal rates.
  • Assist in processing billing and drafting agreements and contracts.
  • Work with customer service to handle manual billings and credits.
  • Provide order support through various communication methods.
  • Generate monthly performance reports.
  • Supply clients with information regarding parts, shipping, and pricing.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in computer applications.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Familiarity with the MS Office suite.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Associate's degree in Marketing or a related discipline.
