About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our sales and customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, generating revenue, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Customer Service: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing consultative sales and customer support to meet their visual communications needs.
  • Project Coordination: Work closely with management and support teams to ensure seamless project execution, from lead generation to project completion.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building relationships with clients and partners to drive revenue growth.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives, share knowledge, and best practices.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
