Human Resources Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Officer to join our team at LML Enterprises, Inc. This is a key role that will play a critical part in shaping the company's strategy and direction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Execute Company Strategy: Work closely with senior management to develop and execute the company's strategy and direction.
- Build and Maintain Company Culture: Create and build a positive and inclusive company culture that aligns with our values and mission.
- Lead and Manage Teams: Oversee and drive teams to achieve mutually agreed goals and objectives.
- Financial Management: Discuss company financials and roadmap with potential investors and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Executive Management Experience: Previous experience in executive management, preferably in a full-service restaurant environment.
- Strong Leadership Qualities: Strong leadership qualities, including the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Integrity and Accountability: Strong integrity and accountability, with a commitment to upholding the company's values and mission.
- Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders.
- Pressure Management: Ability to handle pressure and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Language Skills: Must be fluent in Spanish.
- Industry Experience: Must have experience in a full-service restaurant environment.
- Labor Laws: Must have experience with current Labor Laws.
- Loyalty: Must have loyalty with employer.
