Human Resources Generalist

Domino's Corporate is seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Generalist to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to our leadership team and employees.
Job SummaryThe Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for a wide range of HR duties, including workforce planning, selection, development, onboarding, policy creation, and day-to-day administration. You will serve as the primary HR subject matter expert, providing guidance on corporate, local, federal, and industry talent processes, practices, norms, and rules.
Key Responsibilities- Provide HR guidance to leadership and employees on various HR matters, including compensation, benefits, and employee relations.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws.
- Collaborate with the HR COE groups to analyze trends and metrics, identify gaps, and develop solutions, programs, and policies.
- Partner with Employee Relations to manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, including investigations and disciplinary actions.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of labor laws and regulations, ensuring compliance and reducing legal risks.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Provide performance management guidance to leadership, including coaching, counseling, and career development.
- Support workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on employee relations, talent management, and labor laws.
- SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or PHR, preferred.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
