About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our eDiscovery team at Conduent Business Services. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing eDiscovery projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage project plans, defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external clients to ensure project requirements are clearly understood and met.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project stakeholders, including clients, internal teams, and third-party vendors.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including status reports, timelines, and project plans.
  • Conduct project review meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, issues, and risks.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience managing eDiscovery projects or similar legal/compliance projects.
  • 1+ year of daily use of "Relativity" and/or "Relativity One" software is required. Relativity Certifications are preferred.
  • Excellent project management skills, including planning, execution, and risk management.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
