About the Role:
The eDiscovery Program Coordinator will be tasked with managing eDiscovery initiatives from inception to completion within Conduent's Legal, Compliance & Analytics (LCA) division. This position emphasizes the successful execution of projects by collaborating with internal teams, managing client expectations, and upholding high standards of quality and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing eDiscovery initiatives from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to scope, and budget compliance.
- Creating comprehensive project plans, outlining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Collaborating with internal teams and external clients to ensure project requirements are clearly understood and fulfilled.
- Tracking project progress and performance, identifying potential risks, and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Facilitating effective communication and collaboration among project stakeholders, including clients, internal teams, and third-party vendors.
- Preparing and maintaining project documentation, including status reports, timelines, and project plans.
- Conducting project review meetings and providing regular updates to stakeholders on project status, issues, and risks.
- Ensuring compliance with industry best practices and standards in eDiscovery and project management.
- Leading and mentoring junior project team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Demonstrating 3+ years of experience managing eDiscovery projects or similar legal/compliance projects.
- 1+ year of daily use of "Relativity" and/or "Relativity One" software is required. Relativity Certifications are preferred.
- Exhibiting excellent project management skills, including planning, execution, and risk management.
- Communicating effectively with clients and internal stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
- Utilizing project management tools and software to track and report project progress.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Adapting to changing project requirements and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Holding an undergraduate degree; an advanced degree is desirable.
