Position Overview:
As a Marketing Specialist, you will work under the supervision of the marketing director to develop a comprehensive understanding of contemporary marketing tools and methodologies. Your role will involve contributing to the creation of cohesive digital marketing and social media initiatives while learning to evaluate their effectiveness.


Collaboration:
You will collaborate closely with the digital marketing and event marketing teams to ensure the successful execution of campaigns and promotional activities.


Primary Responsibilities:
Your main responsibility will be to capture high-quality images and videos of the RV inventory, which requires comfort in outdoor settings. This media will be utilized for promotional and advertising purposes across various platforms, including Wordpress, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and the company's web properties.


Key Duties Include:
- Assisting in the management and upkeep of the ongoing campaign and event schedule.
- Supporting digital content acquisition for events and marketing campaigns.
- Aiding the event marketing coordinator with the design and procurement of promotional materials.
- Managing all social media accounts.
- Assisting with the setup of on-site and off-site events.
- Regularly monitoring and reporting on the accuracy and currency of web content.
- Helping with the execution of email marketing campaigns and maintaining contact databases.
- Engaging with event attendees during promotional activities.
- Learning to demonstrate marketing performance through analytical metrics.
- Logging daily tasks using time tracking software.
- Performing additional tasks as assigned by the marketing manager or ownership team.


Qualifications:
- Basic knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and engagement measurement tools such as Google Analytics.
- Basic skills in graphic design, videography, and photography are advantageous.
- Flexible schedule availability, including weekends.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with effective writing and communication abilities.
- Comfortable interacting with the public, including staff, vendors, consumers, and media.
- Proficient in business computing, including Outlook and Microsoft Office.
- Capable of performing light to moderate physical tasks.
- Aspiring to build a career in marketing.
- A bachelor's degree (or progress towards one) in marketing or a related field is preferred.
- A valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation are required.
