Service Desk Manager Opportunity

LHH is seeking a skilled Service Desk Manager to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for leading our service desk team and ensuring exceptional support for our end-users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve support services and end-user experience
  • Monitor and analyze ticket volume and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement
  • Establish and maintain ITIL standards and best practices

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Service Desk Manager in a large-scale, Enterprise environment
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Bachelor's degree or related experience
