Service Desk Manager

LHH is seeking a skilled Service Desk Manager to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for leading our service desk team and ensuring exceptional support for our end-users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to improve support services and end-user experience
- Monitor and analyze ticket volume and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement
- Establish and maintain ITIL standards and best practices
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Service Desk Manager in a large-scale, Enterprise environment
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Bachelor's degree or related experience
