Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Service Desk Analyst to join our team at TEKsystems. As a Service Desk Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our end-users, troubleshooting issues, and resolving technical problems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide intermediate-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to desktop applications, endpoints, and infrastructure
  • Document interactions and resolutions in a ticketing system
  • Manage ticket routing and incident resolution with other IT resources
Requirements
  • 2-4 years of experience in a help desk or service desk environment
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Intermediate-level technical skills, including Microsoft Office and Active Directory
  • Experience with ticketing tools, such as ServiceNow
