Position Title: Student Enrollment Specialist
Position Overview: SCC is seeking a dedicated full-time Student Enrollment Specialist to advocate for the college among potential students and guide them through the enrollment journey.
- Engage with prospective students from secondary schools and designated regions.
- Plan and execute college fairs and campus activities.
- Promote enrollment initiatives in high schools and assist with the registration process.
- Participate in community gatherings and educational fairs.
- Collaborate with the Marketing and Communications team to develop promotional content.
- Work alongside workforce development personnel to attract non-traditional learners.
- Provide training and support to student ambassadors for campus tours.
Essential Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree or higher with relevant experience, or an Associate's degree with applicable experience, or a combination of education and experience.
- Strong communication abilities and a commitment to confidentiality.
- Professional demeanor and capacity to engage with individuals from various backgrounds.
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends during peak periods and special occasions.
