Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert guidance and support to students on enrollment-related matters, including registration, financial aid, and college policies.
  • Respond to student inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Assist with data entry, record-keeping, and reporting, maintaining accurate and up-to-date student information.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless student support and resolve complex issues.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of college programs, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information to students.
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum one year of relevant experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in higher education.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
