About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Product Management Director to lead our Product & Solutions Management team at Tbwa Chiat/Day Inc. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving the development and enhancement of our Publishing Platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop strategic product plans.
  • Lead the product roadmap and backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder needs.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, product owners, and technical teams.
  • Provide product vision and direction, ensuring the platform meets the needs of our users and drives business growth.
  • Manage and prioritize product features, working closely with development teams to ensure timely delivery.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform product decisions and stay ahead of industry trends.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in product management, with a strong background in fintech or related industries.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful products and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex technical issues.
  • Experience with product management tools, such as JIRA, Asana, and Trello.
