Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Director of Commerce and Client Engagement to lead our client services and commerce team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, developing and maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Client Services and Commerce Team: The Director of Commerce and Client Engagement will be responsible for leading a team of professionals who provide client services and commerce solutions to our clients.
  • Develop and Maintain Client Relationships: The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, understanding their business needs, and delivering solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Drive Business Growth: The Director of Commerce and Client Engagement will be responsible for driving business growth through the development of new business opportunities, the expansion of existing client relationships, and the delivery of high-quality services to our clients.
  • Ensure Quality Service Delivery: The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that high-quality services are delivered to our clients, meeting their expectations and requirements.
  • Manage Budgets and Resources: The Director of Commerce and Client Engagement will be responsible for managing budgets and resources to ensure that the team is operating efficiently and effectively.

Requirements:

  • Proven Track Record: The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading client services and commerce teams, developing and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving business growth.
  • Strong Leadership Skills: The Director of Commerce and Client Engagement will need to have strong leadership skills, including the ability to motivate and inspire a team, manage budgets and resources, and make strategic decisions.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: The successful candidate will need to have excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Business Acumen: The Director of Commerce and Client Engagement will need to have a strong understanding of business operations, including finance, marketing, and sales.

Education and Experience:

  • Minimum of 15 Years of Experience: The successful candidate will have a minimum of 15 years of experience in client services and commerce, including experience in leading teams and developing and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent: The Director of Commerce and Client Engagement will need to have a bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field, such as business administration or marketing.
