Job Title: Customer Service-Accounting Services Associate III

About the Role:

This role involves performing routine tasks related to accounts payable, responding to invoice-related inquiries, and creating work orders. You will be responsible for communicating options for resolution, referring non-routine inquiries, and following customer-specific policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to invoice-related telephone, email, or chat inquiries using standard scripts and procedures.
  • Research and gather information to properly communicate options for resolution.
  • Create work orders from calls and respond with appropriate research within the Service Level Agreements.
  • Follow customer-specific policies and procedures.
  • Handle multiple customers and take responsibility for following procedures for each customer.
  • Responsible for quality and performance measurements as prescribed.
Requirements:
  • Customer service oriented with a commitment to quality and personal ethics.
  • Ability to adapt to continuous policy and procedure changes.
  • Strong computer and phone skills.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Able to manage telephone and chat customer interactions and convey confidence while resolving customer issues.
  • Professional, friendly demeanor with a customer-oriented attitude.
