Job Description

Position Overview

The incumbent will perform routine tasks requiring working knowledge of accounts payable as they relate to invoices and their statuses.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responds to invoice-related inquiries using standard scripts and procedures.
  • Researches and gathers information to properly communicate options for resolution.
  • Refers non-routine inquiries and escalations as needed.
  • Creates Work Orders from calls and responds with appropriate research within the Service Level Agreements.
  • Follows customer-specific policies and procedures.
  • Handles multiple customers and takes responsibility for following procedures for each customer.
  • Responsible for quality and performance measurements as prescribed.
  • Additional duties as required or assigned.

Requirements

  • Customer service oriented with a commitment to quality and personal ethics.
  • Ability to adapt to continuous policy and procedure changes.
  • Strong computer and phone skills.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Able to manage telephone and chat customer interactions and convey confidence while resolving customer issues.

  • Able to accept constructive criticism.
