We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a Clinical Coordinator. As a Clinical Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest level of care for our patients with end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney disease.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate patient care and services, including tracking vital signs, lab values, and outcome management.
  • Ensure the safety, comfort, and well-being of patients by delivering high-quality care.
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to provide exceptional patient care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
  • At least 6 months of dialysis experience.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word and Outlook.
  • Ability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
