Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Technical Sales Representative to join our team at OnLogic. As a Technical Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with customers, and providing technical solutions to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and respond to inbound engagements via phone, email, and website chat.
  • Proactively identify opportunities in warm leads, inbound channels, existing business, and prospective customers.
  • Recommend OnLogic hardware and services based on a customer's specific technical requirements and project scope.
  • Consult with new and existing customers to qualify their project requirements.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Team to generate leads through direct and indirect marketing efforts.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in sales or customer service; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
  • Entrepreneurial-minded with a strong drive and desire to be part of a rapidly growing business.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment with shifting priorities.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience using a CRM or other sales-related software is a plus.
