Job Title: Associate Technical Trainer

CornerStone Technology Talent Services is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Technical Trainer to join our team. As a key member of our training team, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality training programs to our employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Instructional Designers to develop engaging and effective learning content.
  • Deliver instructor-led training sessions on complex topics, tailoring content to meet the needs of our employees.
  • Maintain subject matter expertise on products, systems, processes, and compliance considerations through functional meetings, observations, and call quality monitoring.
  • Work on a broad range of assignments, collaborating with Program Leads and Operations Leadership to support business improvements.
  • Partner with other Training Team members to recommend updates and support project management of learning programs.
  • Complete tasks efficiently and autonomously, providing guidance and best practices to other trainers and identifying ways to improve delivery.
  • Act as a facilitator for core, onboarding, or orientation training, applying adult learning methodologies and various training concepts and tools to ensure maximum engagement and effectiveness.
  • Deliver and motivate trainees through effective training methodologies, both in group and individual classroom dynamics.
  • Assist in the design, planning, organization, and direction of orientation and training programs for all employees.
  • Prepare for and deliver instructor-led, virtual, or webinar training on various topics, including business processes, systems, and new capabilities.
  • Practice good classroom management techniques to handle various classroom situations.
  • Anticipate, address, and field questions from trainees.
  • Mentor and coach employees by providing both positive and constructive feedback.
  • Develop and implement training approaches to address employees' performance gaps.
  • Conduct post-release testing of system tasks used in training.
  • Conduct post-training testing to assess employees' competency in understanding program workflows and business rules.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in education, business, human resources, information technology, or a related field.
  • Two (2) years' previous experience as a trainer, corporate training specialist, or related position.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in facilitation.
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel).
  • Good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
  • Excellent leadership, team building, and management skills.
  • Encouraging to team and staff; able to mentor and lead.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions.
  • Highly motivated, dependable, and committed to excellence with a positive attitude.
