About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Technical Sales Representative to join our Sales Team at OnLogic. As a critical entry point for our customer base, you will be responsible for qualifying and uncovering new business opportunities while identifying how our hardware will best support our customers' program deliverables.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and respond to inbound engagements via phone, email, and website chat
  • Proactively identify opportunities in warm leads, inbound channels, existing business, and prospective customers
  • Proactively target opportunities through various channels, including mining existing customer databases and other platforms
  • Generate leads through collaborating on direct and indirect marketing efforts in coordination with the Marketing Team
  • Qualify and escalate leads quickly and accurately to Strategic Account Managers for timely follow-up
  • Consult with new and existing customers to qualify their project requirements
  • Recommend OnLogic hardware and services based on a customer's specific technical requirements and project scope
Requirements
  • Prior experience in sales or customer service; a bachelor's degree is a plus
  • Entrepreneurial-minded with a strong drive and desire to be part of a rapidly growing business
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment with shifting priorities
  • Demonstrated ability to excel in a collaborative, team-based environment
  • Professional and upbeat telephone voice, strong probing skills, persistent, and persuasive without being aggressive
  • Demonstrated level of competency in using note-taking software and other administrative applications
  • Experience using a CRM or other sales-related software is a plus
  • Ability to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
