Job Title: Associate Technical Trainer

CornerStone Technology Talent Services is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Technical Trainer to join our team. As a key member of our training team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs to employees within the pharmacy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Instructional Designers to develop engaging and effective learning content.
  • Act as a subject matter expert during training delivery, providing in-depth knowledge and expertise on complex topics.
  • Maintain subject matter expertise through functional meetings, observations, and call quality monitoring.
  • Work on a broad range of assignments, collaborating with Program Leads and Operations Leadership to support business improvements.
  • Partner with other Training Team members to recommend updates and support project management of learning programs.
  • Deliver and motivate trainees through effective training methodologies, applying adult learning principles and various training concepts.
  • Assist in the design, planning, organization, and direction of orientation and training programs for all employees.
  • Prepare and deliver instructor-led, virtual, or webinar training on various topics, including business processes, systems, and new capabilities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in education, business, human resources, information technology, or a related field.
  • Two (2) years' previous experience as a trainer, corporate training specialist, or related position.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in facilitation.
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
  • Excellent leadership, team building, and management skills.
  • Encouraging to team and staff; able to mentor and lead.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions.
