WHAT YOU DO
As a key member of our hotel's leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring that every guest receives a warm and personalized welcome. Your expertise in training and coaching will enable you to develop and motivate your team to deliver exceptional service. You will work closely with your colleagues to ensure seamless check-in and check-out processes, and respond promptly to guest and team concerns. Your ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively will be essential in this role.
