Job Summary

Peak Rentals is seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Liaison to serve as a liaison between our customers and our operations team. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of relationship management and account development, with the ability to influence customer decision-makers and facilitate effective communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Relationship Management
    • Meet with customers on a daily basis to understand their needs and preferences.
    • Communicate with the operations team to discuss customer needs and implement solutions.
    • Provide market intelligence and competitive analysis to inform business decisions.
  • Account Development
    • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer decision-makers.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Communication and Facilitation
    • Develop and implement effective communication plans to ensure seamless customer interactions.
    • Facilitate meetings and discussions to resolve customer issues and concerns.
    • Provide regular updates and progress reports to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
    • 10 years of relevant work experience, with a strong track record of customer-facing roles and relationship management.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Strong facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to influence customer decision-makers.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.

Physical Demands and Exposures

  • Traditional Monday through Friday, 8 – 5pm, unless operations dictate otherwise.
  • Work is regularly performed in outside weather conditions, including rain and extreme cold and heat, near moving mechanical parts; exposure to high wind, ice, snow, wet and/or humid conditions, vibration, and dust is expected.
  • Exposure to noise levels requiring the use of hearing protection.
  • Prolonged sitting, standing, walking.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
  • Ability to individually lift: Maximum 50 lbs.
