Position Overview
This role is pivotal in facilitating the efficient operation of patient interactions within the clinic. The individual will act as the primary liaison for patients, tasked with organizing appointments, preparing essential documentation prior to patient visits, welcoming patients, and maintaining accurate records. Furthermore, this position involves managing billing for clinic services, submitting insurance claims, addressing inquiries from patients and insurance providers, and overseeing related departmental information. Cash-handling duties may also be part of this role.
