Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and versatile IT Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our IT department, you will play a critical role in providing first-line technical support to our users, ensuring seamless operation of our systems and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide frontline technical support via in-person, phone, email, or ticket system
  • Assist internal customers with hardware and software issues related to desktops, laptops, and mobile devices
  • Monitor and troubleshoot systems remotely using Labtech ConnectWise Automate
  • Install, troubleshoot, and update software applications
  • Provision new desktop and laptop systems according to established processes
  • Reclaim and re-provision desktop and laptop hardware
  • Diagnose and resolve PC desktop problems and provide hardware and software technical support
  • New user onboarding setup and management, email distribution list management
  • Set up and/or relocate equipment in offices, cubicles, and other workspaces
  • Participate and collaborate in various IT projects and provide new perspectives and ideas
Requirements
  • Experience with Windows 7, 8, 10, Server 2008, 2012, Microsoft Office, Office 365, and SharePoint
  • Experience with PC and Server hardware components
  • Good working knowledge of network connectivity for end-users (Internet, LAN, VPN, DNS, DHCP)
  • Excellent ability to interface with IT personnel to discuss technical matters
  • Ability to learn and assimilate new technologies and processes quickly
  • CompTIA A+ certification
  • Experience with CompTIA Network+ preferred
