The Chief of Staff for F&A and Enterprise Apps will play a key role in driving the strategy, operations, and on-time delivery of key F&A and Enterprise Apps initiatives. This is a key leadership role that requires strong project management skills, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage project plans for key initiatives, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
  • Cultivate a high-performing team environment that aligns with Bonterra's mission and goals.
  • Enable team members to excel by providing the resources and support they need.
  • Run weekly calls with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment.
  • Provide clear project status reporting for leadership, ensuring that they are informed and up-to-date on project progress.
  • Serve as an escalation point, ensuring that any risks to timeline are resolved promptly and effectively.
  • Oversee clear communications with vendors and consultants, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and aligned.
  • Create project-related documentation, including project plans, status reports, and other relevant materials.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years in a Director level role.
  • Proven track record of working across multiple teams and fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Extensive experience in stakeholder engagement, including mitigating risks and ensuring clear communication.
  • Phenomenal organizational skills, with extensive experience in managing multiple, strategic projects in parallel.
  • A trained ear for hearing potential blockers and working with the team to resolve issues proactively.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex information to diverse audiences.
  • Experience with large-scale enterprise B2B SaaS organizations is preferred.
