Maintenance Team Supervisor

Job Description
Aerotek is seeking a skilled Maintenance Team Supervisor to oversee the maintenance team in a dynamic food manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in routine, preventative, and emergency maintenance on assembly lines, pressurized equipment, motors, and automated equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise maintenance team members to ensure efficient and effective maintenance operations
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and maximize productivity
- Collaborate with production team to identify and resolve maintenance-related issues
- Communicate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of replacement parts and equipment
The successful candidate will have a strong background in maintenance operations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Work Environment
This is a fully on-site position in a food manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a hot or cold environment and be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
