Position Overview:

We are in search of a proactive and strategic Senior Vice President of Financial Strategy to join our leadership team. Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, this role is crucial in steering our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) operations and advancing strategic initiatives for corporate expansion. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in SaaS financial management, revenue forecasting, and a solid history of strategic leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the FP&A function, ensuring precise financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting.
  • Lead revenue modeling efforts and provide analytical insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports to the board, showcasing a thorough understanding of financial metrics and business drivers.
  • Collaborate with various teams to formulate and implement corporate development strategies, including partnerships and acquisitions.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior management on financial matters, providing guidance and support.

What You Will Do:

  • Guide and develop a team of finance professionals, promoting their professional growth.
  • Manage financial planning and analysis functions, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Work closely with executive leadership to shape the financial trajectory of the organization.
  • Conduct revenue modeling and board reporting, offering insights to facilitate informed decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline; MBA or CPA preferred.
  • A minimum of 8 years of progressive finance experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership capacity within FP&A and corporate development.
  • Experience with revenue modeling, board reporting, and strategic planning is essential.
  • Strong leadership capabilities, with a focus on developing high-performing teams.
  • Background in corporate development, particularly in strategic partnerships and M&A, is highly desirable.

  • Significant experience in SaaS financial management.
  • Experience with organizations generating between $50 million and $300 million in revenue.
