Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to clients via email and phone
  • Log and respond to client issues, escalating complex ones to the appropriate team
  • Engage with clients to answer questions and solve problems
  • Manage client relationships from onboarding to renewal
  • Contribute to client success by helping them get the most out of our platform
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of proven success in customer service
  • Excellent leadership and motivational skills
  • Outstanding ability to listen well
  • Advanced skills in PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • Proficiency in social media platforms
Preferred Qualifications
  • Workforce training/learning knowledge and/or experience
  • SaaS knowledge and/or experience
