We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Deputy Director/Assistant Director, Consumer Protection and Financial Education. This role will involve leading initiatives to promote financial education and consumer protection in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement financial education initiatives and communication strategies in collaboration with industry partners and government agencies.
  • Run campaigns and events to promote financial literacy among the public, including webinars, seminars, and content development for website and social media channels.
  • Provide secretariat support to inter-agency committees on financial education initiatives.
  • Engage with consumers on their complaints or feedback on financial institutions and practices in the financial industry.
  • Work with supervisory departments to craft clear and empathetic replies to consumer concerns.
  • Liaise with financial institutions to ensure timely updates on consumer feedback.
Requirements
  • Good analytical skills and understanding of consumer engagement and financial behavior.
  • Good knowledge of or keen interest in financial products and services.
  • Experience in financial education or content development and management of website and social media channels.
  • Keen interest in public service.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
