Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Night Manager to join our team in New York City. The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field, preferably with supervisory responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily operations, including report generation, revenue balancing, and guest services.
  • Provide accurate and reliable information to the management team to inform operational decisions.
  • Perform front desk duties, including checking guests in and out and handling reservations.
  • Investigate and resolve guest complaints, disturbances, and emergencies.

Compensation: $65,000 per year.
